Shipping Information
Order Verification: Please double-check your cart before ordering. Once an order is placed, no changes or additions can be made. Cancellations incur a 5% fee of the total order. Orders processed for shipping cannot be canceled.
Shipping Options:
- Priority Shipping (Recommended): Expedited 3-4 business day delivery with insurance through USPS.
- Free Shipping: Typically via UPS Ground, USPS, or FedEx, chosen by Station Gifts. Carrier selection occurs post-order processing.
Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for shipping. Each product is made to order. Post-processing, an email with tracking information and estimated ship date is sent. Shipping times at checkout do not include processing time.
Delivery
- Address Accuracy: Ensure correct shipping address in order confirmation. Reshipping due to incorrect address is at purchaser’s expense.
- Package Tracking: USPS may not update tracking until delivery. Tracking provided for all orders. Inquiries about orders exceeding 14 business days from order date are addressed.
- Return & Liability: Packages returned to the sender and canceled incur a 20% restocking fee. Hippie Runner is not liable for packages post-USPS acceptance. Issues of lost, stolen, or returned packages are the buyer’s responsibility.

Defective Merchandise or Incorrect Items:

- Returns must be within 14 days of receiving the label. Late returns are refused and sent back.
Station Gifts Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed to qualify for an exchange.
Exchange Process:
- Send items to Station Gifts, 2879 Waccamaw Cove, Longs, SC 29568.
- Upon receipt, a gift card for the item’s price will be emailed, valid for any website purchase.
- Worn or washed items will be donated without a gift card issuance.
Time Frame: Exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the original package.
Restrictions: No exchanges on holiday-related items. Late exchanges are refused and returned to the sender.

Refunds:
- Deductions: Original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
- Non-qualifying items: Worn or washed items will be donated without a refund.
